The three project technologies of the Bode crystal corundum "Jinhua Jade" product are the core innovative technologies of the product, namely "three-dimensional CNC cloth technology", "multi-channel pre-mixing device", and "material database establishment" .
This project innovatively uses a multi-channel premix printing device and establishes a material database, and independently develops microcrystalline three-dimensional CNC cloth technology. Combined with the research and development of stacking frit technology and rapid firing technology, we have overcome the problems of traditional glass-ceramic bricks with no line texture on the surface and single decorative effect, and developed decorative materials with numerically controlled three-dimensional textures.
"Three-dimensional CNC cloth technology" is to use the "multi-channel premix printing device" to move in the three-dimensional directions of front and back, left and right, and up and down, and print the powder (cloth) layer by layer in the kiln utensils according to the preset program. Form a three-dimensional pattern effect. This is the practical application of "3D printing technology" in the production of building materials, becoming an industry first.
