The production system of this enterprise has a total of 27 employees in three shifts, and a day shift has about ten people. Most of the workers you can see in the factory are operating machines and checking whether the machines are running. More employees are working on the packaging line project, accounting for the largest proportionIt is a product mover, using a manual forklift. The per capita labor productivity of this factory reaches 3,000 euros per person per day, which is very impressive based on 300 days a year. At present, the vast majority of Chinese companies cannot achieve such production levels. This raises new goals and new topics for ceramic construction companies and equipment companies. Fujian production areas have a solid industrial foundation and huge sales channels, which are their unique advantages over other production areas.
