On September 4, the Tanghe County Court in Henan Province concluded two labor dispute cases by completion of execution and settlement of execution respectively.
Hei Moulin and Shi Moufeng, both Shaanxi natives, joined the purchasing department of a ceramics factory in Tanghe County in February and May 2013 respectively, and signed labor contracts with the company.
From 2019 to 2020, due to economic difficulties, the company owed employee Hei Moulin 8.5 months' salary and owed employee Shi Moufeng 3.3 months' salary.
Shi Moufeng and Hei Moulin voluntarily resigned in July and September 2020 respectively due to the company's long-term wage arrears.
In June 2021, the Tanghe County Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission accepted the labor dispute case between Hei Moulin and Shi Moufeng and the company.
After trial, it was ruled that the respondent, a ceramic company, should pay the applicant Hei Moulin a one-time payment of 68,000 yuan in arrears of wages and 64,000 yuan in economic compensation for the termination of the labor relationship;
A one-time payment of 26,667 yuan to the applicant Shi Moufeng in arrears of wages and 60,000 yuan in economic compensation for the termination of labor relations.
After the ruling came into effect, the company failed to perform, and its properties such as factories, land, and equipment were all under mortgage. In August 2021, Hei Moulin and Shi Moufeng applied to the Tanghe County Court for compulsory execution.
After mediation, the person subject to execution paid 50,000 yuan to Shi Moufeng, and Shi Moufeng voluntarily gave up the remaining part, and the case was concluded;
The person subject to execution and Hei Moulin signed an installment performance agreement on the spot. The person subject to execution would pay Hei Moulin 50,000 yuan per month, and the performance would be completed in three months. The case reached an execution settlement.
At the same time, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province issued a report on many typical cases of labor and security violations. Among them, Langxi County investigated and punished Langxi Jin On May 13, 2018, the Langxi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau applied to the Langxi County People's Court for compulsory execution regarding this case.
On September 30, Huanggang City, Hubei Province also reported three typical cases of wage arrears to workers. Among them, Hubei Qichun No. 1 Ceramics Factory owed wages of 330,146 yuan and refused to pay. Currently, the Qichun County People's Court is investigating the case. The case is being enforced.

On September 28, the People’s Court of Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province ruled that the four companies of Qingyuan (Hexin, Gangchen, and Taylor)The company merged and reorganized, and the current manager publicly recruited investors for the reorganization.
According to public information, on December 29, 2019, the Yifeng County People’s Court ruled to accept the case of Jiangxi Qingyuan Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingyuan Company), Jiangxi Hexin Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hexin Company), Jiangxi Gangchen Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Gangchen Company) and Jiangxi Tailai Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tailai Company) in the merger and bankruptcy liquidation case, and Jiangxi Yangyu Law Firm was appointed as the fourth party of Qingyuan (Hexin, Gangchen, Tailai) Company managers.
As of September 26, 2021, the manager has received a total of 196 claims declarations, with a total declared claim amounting to 411,089,097.47 yuan.

According to the auction announcement, on December 21, 2016, the Zhaoqing Intermediate People’s Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Zhaoqing Zhongheng Ceramics Co., Ltd. and appointed Guangdong Yaozheng Law Firm as the administrator.
On June 16, 2020, the Zhaoqing Intermediate People's Court issued a (2017) Guangdong 12-1 Civil Ruling on June 16, 2020, ruling that Zhaoqing Zhongheng Ceramics Co., Ltd. was reorganized, and it was issued on October 10, 2020 (2017) Guangdong 12 Po 1-3 Civil Ruling, ruling to approve Zhongheng Company’s reorganization plan.
According to the reorganization plan, the administrator is now disposing of Zhongheng Company’s claims receivable in accordance with the law.
