Design is everywhere in life, ranging from urban environments to daily necessities. In Zhou Kun's view, through life, one can see more about the direction of design, thereby triggering more discoveries and thinking, embodying people's spiritual pursuits in design, and bringing convenience and enjoyment to life. Modern people’s lives are fast-paced and stressful, but behind every tired figure, they long for a comfortable and exquisite home. In Zhou Kun’s design case, you can find a place to relax your body and mind. The owner pursues a modern and light luxury home style that is grand and comfortable. For this purpose, Zhou Kun designed a living space with ivory white and wood color as the main colors, which is simple, elegant and full of texture.
A clean and tidy life can bring physical and mental pleasure to people, and light plays an important role in this. The living room and dining room are in the same open space and are connected to the balcony, making the entire space wider, with more light, and allowing people to enjoy the outdoor scenery. This is a kind of living feeling that returns to nature, allowing space and vision to be relaxed, and the tension and complexity of life to be healed here.
Living room
The furniture layout adopts the currently popular wood and metal lines. The main color is wood color. The style is fashionable, showing comfort without losing luxury. It is full of texture and luster under the light.
In terms of the color of the floor tiles, Zhou Kun specially chose the elegant and majestic apricot-colored marble as the main tone. Combining the metallic tones of the chandelier with natural light, as well as the orderly pattern of the floor tiles, makes the overall space more grand and noble.
The ancients advocated "the greatest simplicity". This wisdom is also applicable to the present. Get rid of unnecessary and superfluous things so that the mind is not enslaved by things and maintains spiritual freedom.
Garden Hall
The courtyard designed by Zhou Kun strives to find a balance between the prosperity and simplicity of the city. He extracts the essence of traditional Chinese culture and injects it into modern life, creating a low-key luxury, simple and noble beauty for the space. A breath of forest away from the hustle and bustle of the city hits your face, making people feel like they are in a pure place of nature, and can't help but relax their body and mind.
The space design of the courtyard is more comfortable, functional, open and bright. From the floor to the grille, everything is shown in linear wood color. Through the design of increasing light, the entire space is simple yet luxurious, stable and elegant. In terms of space tones, the cool tones of white walls and the warmth of wood are used to adjust the temperature of the entire space.
